Particularly in view of the very high temperatures of 30° and more at the present time - as in the past year - I have made the experience that a walk to the water treading pool during the lunch break and the water treading and arm bathing have the effect of a fresh cell cure.

On a weekend in May I was allowed to participate in a relaxation workshop in Bad Bertrich. The course was organized by the trained relaxation coaches Anita Otten and Margit Klein, as well as yoga teacher Tanja Meeth-Weber. So I drove to Bad Bertrich on Saturday morning in bright sunshine and was warmly welcomed by the three of them. Besides me, 10 other ladies took part in the workshop.

I just came from Berlin. A wonderful city full of life and action. Every day at least four appointments, talks and culture. Walking through Berlin, you have to be very attentive and move in crowds. Everything is full of sounds, smells and lights. As soon as I sat on the train I realized that I was pretty knackered. Actually completely clear, it's too much and too crowded.
