My name is Lars and I live in Bad Bertrich. I attend the vocational school in Cochem and do a varied internship at the GesundLand Tourist Information in Bad Bertrich.
Since spring, nature lovers and anyone who wants to become one can take on an apple tree sponsorship with Leo Lenerz from the Scheunencafé Gillenfeld in the GesundLand Vulkaneifel and experience the apple year up close during spring pruning, apple harvesting and pressing.
Actually, we all know them, the personal benefits of sport and exercise. But it's so hard for us to get ourselves up to move our bodies regularly - especially after a long and stressful day at work.

Heute steht eine Wanderung auf dem Plan, die zu den neu aufgelegten HeimatSpuren gehört. Auf der Internetseite des GesundLand Vulkaneifel habe ich beim Stöbern den Wanderrundweg "HeimatSpur 3-Dörfer-Weg" entdeckt.

May is here - and with it the most beautiful time for hiking! When the trees are in full bloom and all around a single buzz of bees and bumblebees can be heard, nature has finally fully awakened and shows its most beautiful side.
For many years now, the "Wandermagazin" has chosen the most beautiful hiking trail in Germany. After the hiking trail "Im Tal der Wilden Endert" made it to first place last year, the GesundLand Vulkaneifel has another trail in 2020.
I was looking forward to the new year 2020 a little bit more this year than all the other new years I have experienced. Because for this start of the year, a very special event will take place: a New Year's swim at the Gemündener Maar in Daun!

Since September there is another possibility in the GesundLand Vulkaneifel with which one can be healthy and fit in nature. The villagers of Wollmerath have painstakingly installed a kind of trim trail around their village.
