(Sebastian Kneipp) I can only agree with this assessment of Father Kneipp from my own experience. Particularly in view of the very high temperatures of 30° and more at the present time - as in the past year - I have made the experience that a walk to the water treading pool during the lunch break and the water treading and arm bathing have the effect of a fresh cell cure.

On a weekend in May I was allowed to participate in a relaxation workshop in Bad Bertrich. The course was organized by the trained relaxation coaches Anita Otten and Margit Klein, as well as yoga teacher Tanja Meeth-Weber. So I drove to Bad Bertrich on Saturday morning in bright sunshine and was warmly welcomed by the three of them. Besides me, 10 other ladies took part in the workshop.
