I can say from my own experience that every step, whether in everyday life or in leisure time, is an important basis for maintaining our health. And this refers to both physical and mental health. Therefore, my tip for our guests: It is not necessary to achieve a physical peak performance in order to be able to place our health on stable feet. Rather, it is important to walk your steps every day, whether this is achieved during your lunch break, while shopping, or in whatever context.
