A cozy vacation home in a quiet village in the Eifel region with a large green space—ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The house has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. The property can accommodate up to 10 people and features a barbecue area in front of the house. A charcoal grill is provided—please bring your own charcoal. Please note that you must bring your own toilet paper and trash bags. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. A washing machine is available in the basement if needed. A cozy fireplace in the living room creates a warm and inviting atmosphere—please bring your own firewood. There are numerous shopping options in the area: In Hillesheim (approx. 12 km / 13 min. by car), you’ll find Rewe, Lidl, Netto, Norma, snack bars, and more. In Gerolstein (approx. 9.9 km / 11 min.), you’ll find Lidl, Aldi, DM, Takko, Woolworth, McDonald’s, a home improvement store, and many other shops. Gerolstein also offers beautiful hiking trails, a historic water fountain, and impressive nature experiences in the Vulkaneifel. In Betteldorf, you can also take horseback riding lessons—but only by appointment. Our special rates for you: For stays of 3 nights or more, you’ll receive a 5 % discount; for stays of 5 nights or more, you’ll receive a 10 % discount. Early-bird discount: 10 % when booking at least 60 days in advance. Last-minute discount: 10% when booking within 7 days of arrival. Note: The nightly rate varies depending on the number of guests. A one-time flat fee for cleaning (60€) and utilities (30€) will be charged additionally. The house is particularly attractive for couples or groups of 3 or more people. A maximum of two pets are allowed for a flat fee of 20 euros per dog. There is a fenced-in area in the garden where dogs can run freely.
