Experience Mindfulness – in the Heart of the Vulkaneifel
The Vulkaneifel is no ordinary place. Extinct volcanoes, tranquil maars, and healing thermal springs shape a landscape that has attracted people and brought them peace for millennia.
In GesundLand Vulkaneifel, you’ll find trails that invite you to slow down. Trails where you don’t just see nature—you experience it with all your senses. Whether you want to be active, take a mindful pause, or simply breathe deeply: you’ll find your path here.
Each trail has its own character. Sometimes it runs along the water, sometimes through ancient volcanic landscapes, and sometimes offers a glimpse into the history of one of Germany’s oldest spa towns. Together, they tell the story of a region that views health not as a concept, but as an experience you take home with you.
In the natural setting of GesundLand Vulkaneifel, 14 stations habe been set up for sporting acitivities and to maintain flexibility. The stations require strength, endurance and coordination. This means that the whole body stays in top form. Keep fit!
