The Volcanic Eifel for Families

Our family-friendly guest house is located in the natural forests of the vulkaneifel. Good value half board. Comfortably furnished guest rooms with shower/toilet, television and balcony. Use of the indoor pool (4,50 x 12 m, 30°) is included. Sauna for a fee. As you can see we offer you a very low priced stay. The basic setting here is, that guests are responsible themselves for making the beds and keeping the room tidy. Everything is set up, that these small things won`t strain you. Travel & Arrive in the Volcanic Eifel - in the ZEITquartierSince the Eifel offers very varied holidays, whether active (hiking, cycling) or for slowing down (relaxing walks) - you can rent me, an old Eifel house (completely renovated in 2021). My holiday guests 1 to a maximum of 3 people will find me as a holiday flat - an 85 sqm feel-good space on two open levels. I am well and modernly equipped and very cosy. I also have my own garden terrace. Bicycles will find a place in my garden house. I have lived on the Vulkan Ringseiter in Kirchweiler for 150 years. This is a small village in the GesundLand Vulkaneifel. (Daun approx. 8.0 km, Gerolstein approx. 7.0 km) Ground floor level The ground floor has a small hallway with wardrobe and a separate luggage storage room. The open and modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster and much more and offers a dining area with 4 chairs. In the living area you will find a fold-out sofa bed where you can spend cosy hours in front of the wood-burning stove (Bullerjahn).The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower, WC and hairdryer. Attic level Spacious living area with sofa, TV armchair, stool, round table with chairs, cupboard, shelf, box-spring bed (1.60 m wide), skylight with sun protection blinds.

A cozy vacation home in a quiet village in the Eifel region with a large green space—ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The house has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. The property can accommodate up to 10 people and features a barbecue area in front of the house. A charcoal grill is provided—please bring your own charcoal. Please note that you must bring your own toilet paper and trash bags. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. A washing machine is available in the basement if needed. A cozy fireplace in the living room creates a warm and inviting atmosphere—please bring your own firewood. There are numerous shopping options in the area: In Hillesheim (approx. 12 km / 13 min. by car), you’ll find Rewe, Lidl, Netto, Norma, snack bars, and more. In Gerolstein (approx. 9.9 km / 11 min.), you’ll find Lidl, Aldi, DM, Takko, Woolworth, McDonald’s, a home improvement store, and many other shops. Gerolstein also offers beautiful hiking trails, a historic water fountain, and impressive nature experiences in the Vulkaneifel. In Betteldorf, you can also take horseback riding lessons—but only by appointment. Our special rates for you: For stays of 3 nights or more, you’ll receive a 5 % discount; for stays of 5 nights or more, you’ll receive a 10 % discount. Early-bird discount: 10 % when booking at least 60 days in advance. Last-minute discount: 10% when booking within 7 days of arrival. Note: The nightly rate varies depending on the number of guests. A one-time flat fee for cleaning (60€) and utilities (30€) will be charged additionally. The house is particularly attractive for couples or groups of 3 or more people. A maximum of two pets are allowed for a flat fee of 20 euros per dog. There is a fenced-in area in the garden where dogs can run freely.

our vacation home in Daun. Summer house Daun The detached large holiday home is in the middle of the charming small town of Daun. The outside area of the house includes a garden and a 20 sqm balcony with patio furniture. The central location enables cafes, shops and relaxing walking routes to be reached quickly. Free internet / WiFi is available. You will receive a corresponding code word for the WLAN (WIFI). The house extends over 3 floors and offers accommodation for 10 -12 people. There are 5 charming, newly renovated double bedrooms, a spacious living room with TV and a wonderfully cozy couch. You will also be delighted by the equally spacious dining area with a wooden table for 12 people and inviting dishes for relaxed and tasty meals. A cozy secretary can also do the necessary business work. Two bathrooms in the style of the 1960s, 3 toilets and a storage room with washing machine (€ 4.50 fee) are available. A well-equipped kitchen with 4 seats, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle. Pots, cutlery and dishes for the maximum number of people are available. The spice rack can be used with pleasure. The house has a parking space in the garage entrance. The garage can be used to store bicycles. Many sights and leisure facilities are within walking distance. Shopping, shopping, restaurants, cafes, cinema, wellness or indoor hot water bath etc. can be reached quickly. The DRK and emergency doctor is right across the street. A large supermarket and 3 bakeries (also with Sunday sales) and a children's playground can be found only about 100 to 150 meters away. The Daun Maare are ideal for hikes and walks and are only 2 to 3 km away. Visit the Daun spa park, which invites you to linger. Important NOTE: Unfortunately pets are not allowed. The house is not standing! available as a party house! The house is used privately by us in times of non-renting. We have lovingly furnished everything and wish you a lot of joy for your relaxing holiday.

Quiet and yet centrally located, you will stay here on the spacious property with inner courtyard and garden.Families will appreciate the large property and the many play possibilities, hiking or mountain bike groups the central location in the heart of the Volcanic Eifel. The special layout allows for flexible use of the Gerberhaus:You can choose between a double room with its own shower and toilet, a holiday flat for 5 people or the entire house - just as you need it! Yard & Garden:The Gerberhaus is part of the large property - with old farmhouse, barn with straw boarding house, 2 separate courtyards, large meadow, vegetable garden and garden house. Cyclists and mountain bikers can safely store their bikes and also wash them after a "wild tour".Families with children especially enjoy the garden and courtyard with play facilities (trampoline, slide, table tennis table), and the large courtyard area for playing and romping.
