We start together at 6:30 p.m.
Sunday from 6:00 p.m. (limited number of participants)

The various courses of our menus will be adjusted according to the number of people and served in the center of the table.

♦ Crispy Chicken Roll with avocado, mango, and salsa
♦ Beetroot with cream cheese, apple, and herbs in a beetroot coat & baked in tempura served with fig mustard
♦ Surf and Turf, shrimp in tempura and ribeye from Eifler grass-fed beef flambéed with chimichurri & spring onions
♦ California Roll with beef tartare, cucumber, Japanese chili mayo & jalapeño
♦ Maki with organic egg from Schönbach, avocado, and truffle mayo
♦ Carpaccio of seasonal vegetables with roasted sesame oil, ponzu sauce, and parmesan shavings
♦ Crispy duck on fine leaf salad, peanut & pickled onion
♦ Vegetarian ramen with ginger, fresh vegetables, cilantro, and poached organic egg
♦ Ribeye from grass-fed beef on basmati rice with beans and in hot mint beef sauce

Dessert

♦ Vanilla ice cream lasagna with red fruits, lime, chocolate, and coconut
