You can expect a ca. 45m²  newly furnished non-smoking apartment in a quit location near the forest. Everything barrier-free, own parking space directly in front of the aparetement and storage space for bicycles and motorbikes.   A spacious eat-in kitchen that offers enough space for 2 people (sofa bed possibly for achild).The kitchen is equipped with: oven, Ceramic hob, Fridge freezer, coffee maker, water and egg cooker, microwave, toaster, waffle maker, cutlery and porcellain. Living area: TV+ Netflix usage possible, Radio, comfortable couch.                       The bathroom with a rain shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer.   Washing machine can be used by arrangement. Intermediate cleaning of the apartment possible for 30.-€                                                                                                    Terrace with a quit seating area, parasol and sun loungers. BBQ is possible either with a elektorgrill or charcoal. A fire bowl is available for you to end the day at the campfire in a special atmosphere. Firewood available upon request.Our apartment is centrally located near the Eifel Maars, award-winning hiking trails and various cycling/ mountain bike trails. Ideal starting point for sport activities. Because we keep pets, we don't want any more pets.In the neighbboring town (ca.2,3 km): bakery, butchery, supermarket, restaurants, Tourist Office, beverage shop, pharmacy, bicycle shop, goat/poutry farm, gas station, hair dresser. Newly built holiday apartment, with big and sunny terrace overlooking a huge garden and Eifel landscape. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, close to nature, this is for you. The house is located just outside the village, in close proximity to hiking and bike trails, volcanic lakes and a protected dry moor area. Fans of motor sports can visit the nearby Nürburgring race track (20 minutes by car). The adjacent activity center (running school and seminar house) offer a blockhouse sauna and other opportunities for relaxation and various activities. Just let us know if you'd like to use the facilities - if available, the sauna and garden facilities are free of charge for holiday guests. 

The new 2016 furnished 57 square meter, quiet vacation apartment is easily accessible at ground level with its own entrance. You can reach the wild and romantic Endert valley directly from the vacation apartment. From Daun (12 km) you can hike along the Lieser or explore the Eifel maars with their natural outdoor pools. The Maare-Moselle cycle path is wonderful. Award-winning dream trails, mountain bike trails, cycling in the Moselle valley, Cochem (20 km) and its Reichsburg castle, to relax in Bad Bertrich (25 km) in the volcanic thermal baths, are just some of the leisure options in the immediate vicinity. Koblenz (60 km), Trier (70 km), Nürburgring (20 km). The apartment has been completely rebuilt and is available since mid-May as a new and modern apartment.

Holidays in the Eifel holiday home Wald - und Wiesenblick - something special! In this beautiful Finnish house (also known as a roof-only house), relaxation from everyday life is guaranteed.This unusual form of construction first emerged in Scandinavian countries and only later spilled over into Central Europe. In a quiet location on the edge of the forest, you will find everything you need to switch off on approx. 70 m². The house is located on a spacious plot, which is at your free disposal. Many small, cozy seating areas invite you to linger and relax in the sun or shade. No matter if you sit on the terrace, the covered lounge or simply sit on the bench in front of the house, nature and birdsong are guaranteed. Also the small herb garden may be used by you with pleasure. There is also a sauna on the property. Here you have the possibility on site to spontaneously include sauna sessions in your holiday. This works via a coin system, for which you can purchase coins in consultation with the landlady. An outdoor solar shower rounds off this wellness offer in the frost-free seasons. For children it is a safe and carefree playground around the house. The access road (gravel road) is only little used, so that through traffic is not an issue here. Due to the central location, excursions to the Maaren in Daun (approx. 10 km), the Manderscheider castles (approx. 30 km), the Nürburgring (approx. 20 km) and many other sights can be reached quickly. A visit to the city of Trier or Koblenz can also be easily and quickly reached from this accommodation (both about 70 km away). For hiking enthusiasts, the entrance to the Eifelsteig - stage 10 (Gerolstein - Daun / 23.7 km) and the Eifelsteig - stage 11 (Daun - Manderscheid / 23.4 km) can be reached by car in a few minutes. But also directly from the Eifelferienhaus Wald - und Wiesenblick hiking trails leave in different directions. So you can also treat your car to one or the other day of vacation. Own car parking spaces are located directly next to the house. To "vacation" here is cozy, quaint and definitely something special.
