By completely renovating the house, which was built in 1979, Eifel21 has created a place that conveys warmth, high quality and generosity. When selecting the materials and colors of the house, particular attention was paid to emphasizing the relationship to the surrounding nature in order to create harmony and a place of relaxation inside the house and in the surrounding garden.

    The newly furnished, well-insulated attic flat is close to the village centre and easily accessible by car. Our farmhouse was built (ANNO - 1821 - C - Mannstein) in the typical Trier country house style.In front of the separate (former barn door) house entrance there is sufficient parking space. To the side of our house is a beautiful meadow with trees and gardens. With a direct connection to the Maare-Mosel cycle path and the Lieser valley, our place is an ideal starting point for fantastic cycling and hiking tours. Excursion destinations in our vicinity are the Manderscheider castles, the Himmerod Abbey as well as the Eifel maars and the Moselle valley.

The Gerberhaus is part of an old farmstead in the area of the castle town of Manderscheid. Quiet and yet centrally located, you will stay here on the spacious property with inner courtyard and garden.Families will appreciate the large property and the many play possibilities, hiking or mountain bike groups the central location in the heart of the Volcanic Eifel. The special layout allows for flexible use of the Gerberhaus:You can choose between a double room with its own shower and toilet, a holiday flat for 5 people or the entire house - just as you need it! Yard & Garden:The Gerberhaus is part of the large property - with old farmhouse, barn with straw boarding house, 2 separate courtyards, large meadow, vegetable garden and garden house. Cyclists and mountain bikers can safely store their bikes and also wash them after a "wild tour".Families with children especially enjoy the garden and courtyard with play facilities (trampoline, slide, table tennis table), and the large courtyard area for playing and romping.
