Our holiday home "Bauernhaus Vulkaneifel" is a 200 year historic building.  You can stay in the main building with up to six people. Additional the second option would be the former barn, which is now a small apartment for up to two people.

Your children will be inspired by many animals the school farm offers. In addition to the Ferienwohung a room appropriate for wheel chair is still available!

Landart Hotel Beim Brauer - the smiling hotel of the Eifel. A personally run hotel to feel good. Cosy, modern guest rooms, a wellness area with various saunas and relaxation rooms and, as a culinary highlight, you can visit the "Brauer's 800°C Restaurant" in the evening. Here, the meat from our own oxen matures in a maturing cabinet in the middle of the restaurant and is finally prepared on an 800°C grill without the addition of oil or fat. **A home in the Vulkaneifel** Welcome to Daun. Location & neighborhood of the vacation apartment: The vacation apartment is located on the city limits of the district town of Daun. Everything you need for a perfect stay is within walking distance: grocery stores, cozy cafés, a variety of restaurants, a cinema and charming stores are waiting to be discovered by you. Do you like hiking? The extensive hiking trail networks can be reached on foot from the front door. Unforgettable tours to the volcanic craters of the Dauner Maare and countless other hiking trails can be reached in no time by car. The apartment is the perfect starting point for your vacation in the Vulkaneifel. The district town of Daun itself offers you numerous cultural activities on site as well as countless excursion and hiking opportunities in the region. Arrival & connections: The top floor apartment is located in a three-party house. Free parking spaces are available in the street. For your further mobility on site, the bus station in Daun is less than 5 minutes' walk away. Buses leave from there to the nearest larger towns such as Gerolstein or to many excursion destinations and hiking starting points in the surrounding area. How to get there: By car from the direction of Cologne (north): Follow the A1 to the end of the highway (near Blankenheim). From there, continue on the country road, which will take you to Daun via Hillesheim. From Koblenz or Trier (south): Follow the A48/A1 to the Vulkaneifel highway junction. From there, take the road towards Daun. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Daun and is easily accessible by car. By train: The nearest train stations are Gerolstein station (20 km) and Wittlich main station (34 km). From there you can take a cab or a bus to Daun ZOB. Daun ZOB is only 350m from the apartment. Other train stations nearby are Koblenz main station (75 km) and ICE station Montabaur (90 km).

All you can see from the balcony and almost all the windows are woods, pastures and paddocks. This lovingly furnished apartment is ideal for up to four guests to live in, enjoy, relax, discover, be together, ... . Bettenfeld, situated on a plateau, is surrounded by a unique volcanic landscape. Due to the special conditions for flora and fauna, the Mosenberg (519m) is particularly noteworthy. Whether on foot with or without a dog or on a mountain bike, there is one thing above all: untouched nature. Forests and mountains characterize the surroundings. Other excursion destinations are the Windsbornkratersee lake, the Hinkelsmaar and Meerfeld with its nice shops and restaurants and also its own maar. The castle climbing trail in Manderscheid was recently opened and has quickly become a tourist magnet. By completely renovating the house, which was built in 1979, Eifel21 has created a place that conveys warmth, high quality and generosity. When selecting the materials and colors of the house, particular attention was paid to emphasizing the relationship to the surrounding nature in order to create harmony and a place of relaxation inside the house and in the surrounding garden.

Are you looking for a tastefully furnished holiday flat for a maximum of 6 people in the beautiful Volcanic Eifel? Then you have come to the right place. We offer two holiday flats for 6 people each, which can be booked individually or together. They are located in the same building, but have their own entrances. The 115 sqm attic flat is spacious and flooded with light through the large skylights. The ground floor flat has 110 sqm of living space and offers a beautiful view of the large garden. Both flats have their own enclosed garden, so you can spend beautiful summer days in the private garden. From the holiday home there are many beautiful cycling and hiking trails that can be started directly from the house or after a short drive. The Lieserpfad or the Eifelsteig are beautiful hiking trails that lead through the nearby forest. The 58 km long Maare-Mosel cycle path also offers an asphalted cycling route through a beautiful landscape. The cycle path leads from Daun to Bernkastel-Kues, but you can certainly start in the middle. The Mosel, famous for its Straußenwirtschaften (wine taverns) and its winegrowing, can be reached by car within about 30 minutes, along the vineyards, from the towns of Bernkastel-Kues and Cochem.But the castles of Manderscheid, and thus the landmark of Manderscheid, must not be missed either. A hiking trail also leads over the lower and upper castles, which can be rounded off with coffee and cake in the cosy castle café at the lower castle. The small town centre invites you to stroll and dream. With several cafés and restaurants, you can enjoy yourself here. In the hot summer days, the open-air swimming pool, 3 minutes away, is within walking distance and provides a fresh cooling. However, if you want to feel that certain Eifel feeling, drive to one of the four swimmable maars for a nice day of swimming. If you want to go on holiday here in the beautiful Volcanic Eifel with a larger group of maximum 12 people, you like our holiday flats so much and you don't want to be far away from the other part of the group, you can also book our holiday flats together. Both flats are located in the same building.

This vacation home has 2 apartments: apartment Franziska and apartment Johann. Washing machine is also available and can be used free of charge. In nice weather you can sit outside and barbecue. WLAN is free of charge.maximum 2 dogs are allowed.
