There are 9 different vacation apartments for 1 to 6 people:Studios, apartments with 1 separate bedroom and apartments with 2 separate bedroomsEach apartment is stylish, individual, bright, friendly and modern.Special emphasis was placed on the exclusive furnishing of the bathrooms and kitchens.There are whirlpools, steam showers, TV in the bathrooms, LED floor lighting etc.All kitchens have dishwashers. Large HD TVs, WIFI etc.There are good restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities in the village. In the district town of Daun, 5 km away, you will also find many shopping facilities and supermarkets.From some apartments in the Maarberg Resort you can enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. Each apartment has WIFI / Wlan internet access. In the house: reception hall with reception, seating and games (available for use). A new, modern sauna and jacuzzi (free of charge) can be found in the basement of the "Maarberg Resort". You can also use the sauna on your own (lockable). There is also a room in the basement with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. In the reception hall you will find hiking maps and postcards as well as free information material on the many excursion destinations and leisure activities in the region. There is also a drinks fridge in the reception hall with drinks to take away on a trust basis. The outdoor area will delight you!A wonderful and elaborately designed ornamental pond with koi and other fish, 2 waterfalls and a stream is part of the complex. Sit comfortably with a coffee or a cocktail on the balcony or terrace and watch the fish. Or look out over the lake in the valley.There are also plenty of parking spaces and a bicycle storage area outside. A barbecue area with a view of the lake is located behind the house.

My holiday guests 1 to a maximum of 3 people will find me as a holiday flat - an 85 sqm feel-good space on two open levels. I am well and modernly equipped and very cosy. I also have my own garden terrace. Bicycles will find a place in my garden house. I have lived on the Vulkan Ringseiter in Kirchweiler for 150 years. This is a small village in the GesundLand Vulkaneifel. (Daun approx. 8.0 km, Gerolstein approx. 7.0 km) Ground floor level The ground floor has a small hallway with wardrobe and a separate luggage storage room. The open and modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster and much more and offers a dining area with 4 chairs. In the living area you will find a fold-out sofa bed where you can spend cosy hours in front of the wood-burning stove (Bullerjahn).The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower, WC and hairdryer. Attic level Spacious living area with sofa, TV armchair, stool, round table with chairs, cupboard, shelf, box-spring bed (1.60 m wide), skylight with sun protection blinds.

The property can accommodate up to 10 people and features a barbecue area in front of the house. A charcoal grill is provided—please bring your own charcoal. Please note that you must bring your own toilet paper and trash bags. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. A washing machine is available in the basement if needed. A cozy fireplace in the living room creates a warm and inviting atmosphere—please bring your own firewood. There are numerous shopping options in the area: In Hillesheim (approx. 12 km / 13 min. by car), you’ll find Rewe, Lidl, Netto, Norma, snack bars, and more. In Gerolstein (approx. 9.9 km / 11 min.), you’ll find Lidl, Aldi, DM, Takko, Woolworth, McDonald’s, a home improvement store, and many other shops. Gerolstein also offers beautiful hiking trails, a historic water fountain, and impressive nature experiences in the Vulkaneifel. In Betteldorf, you can also take horseback riding lessons—but only by appointment. Our special rates for you: For stays of 3 nights or more, you’ll receive a 5 % discount; for stays of 5 nights or more, you’ll receive a 10 % discount. Early-bird discount: 10 % when booking at least 60 days in advance. Last-minute discount: 10% when booking within 7 days of arrival. Note: The nightly rate varies depending on the number of guests. A one-time flat fee for cleaning (60€) and utilities (30€) will be charged additionally. The house is particularly attractive for couples or groups of 3 or more people. A maximum of two pets are allowed for a flat fee of 20 euros per dog. There is a fenced-in area in the garden where dogs can run freely.
