The VulkaMaar Trail
Germany’s Most Beautiful Hiking Trail 2021: The VulkaMaar Trail was voted “Germany’s Most Beautiful Hiking Trail” in the 2021 public poll conducted by *Wandermagazin*. Circling Manderscheid, Bettenfeld, and Meerfeld, this loop trail takes you to the Wolfsschlucht, the Windsborn Crater Lake, and the Meerfelder Maar. It winds through unspoiled volcanic landscape with stunning views.
