The various courses of our menus are adjusted for the number of people and served at the center of the table, and YES you will get a bit of everything ☺

Starters

♥ Lamb's lettuce in potato dressing, with Styrian pumpkin seed oil & croutons
♥ Vegetable carpaccio with nut butter, ponzu sauce & parmesan shavings
♥ Tartare of Eifler pasture beef with organic egg, wasabi mayo & capers

Soup

♥ Beef broth from boiled beef with garnish (or vegetable broth)

Main Courses

♥ Pork fillet medium-rare on thyme cream sauce with bread dumpling
♥ Braised boiled beef in its own sauce on creamy savoy cabbage, served with mashed potatoes
♥ Open lasagna with game, bolognese, and pink roasted venison, mushrooms & sour cream
♥ Homemade ravioli with sautéed vegetables in butter sauce & parmesan

Cancellation policy:

In case of further mediation or resale by us, all cancellation fees are waived.

• 1-2 weeks before the date 100% - 3 weeks before the date 80% - 4 weeks before the date 50%
• No cancellation fees apply for cancellations 6 weeks before the date.
