Nordic Walking around Manderscheid

Get outside for some fresh air and get moving! Together with Susanne Orlemann, you will discover in the group how
much fun Nordic walking in nature can be. With walking poles, you will navigate through the diverse
landscape of the Eifel region. In doing so, you will get your circulation going, train your endurance, and activate numerous
muscle groups. Here, the joy of movement and the shared experience of nature are at the forefront.
