Long awaited by fans, on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, from 8.30 a.m. "With momentum into the day" finally starts again.

The weekly health hike starts at a new meeting point from June The Eifelverein Daun is moving the starting point of its regular health hikes. From 02.06.2026, participants will meet every Tuesday at 08:30 in the parking lot in front of the entrance to the Kurpark or the Dauner Sprudel. The offer combines short hiking routes of three to four kilometers in length with targeted exercises to strengthen muscles, increase fitness and improve physical coordination. Under the guidance of health hiking guides certified by the German Hiking Association (DWV), the focus is not only on physical fitness but also on promoting mental health by hiking together.
