Deep in the heart of the Volcanic Eifel, in a dreamy valley, lies a small village called Schutz. Our vacation home is located at the western end of this village. The large property invites you to barbecue, romp around and have fun. A private adventure tour through the Wallmerbach is also fun for the whole family. The house has a living space of approx. 150m² and with its 3 bedrooms offers space for a maximum of 6 people. Kitchen, dining room, living room and bathrooms are optimally equipped. The house offers a fireplace where you can relax with your favorite drink in the evening, a large terrace and a spacious property, ideal for families or smaller groups. There are several hiking trails nearby and a small mountain with a beautiful view over the entire area. In the next bigger town Daun, you will find some shopping facilities, a really great movie theater, as well as the "Wild und Erlebnispark Daun". The volcanic Eifel offers you a wide range of activities, such as cave tours, cycling and hiking trails, fishing and swimming spots, maars, a geyser, incredibly beautiful castles and old fortresses and knight games, as well as great events such as the Daun funfair or the Eifel rally and much much more. We would be delighted to be able to offer you an anchor point and a temporary "home" for all these experiences. Stop by and experience nature and adventures in your own new way.

Our Gustav holiday home, located on the outskirts of Saxler and in the heart of the Vulkaneifel, offers you a beautiful and pleasant holiday near the Mürmes nature reserve. You have a living room with pellet stove and TV, a kitchen with kitchenette and dining area, 2 bedrooms with double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a terrace and a parking space for your vehicle. The holiday home is suitable for allergy sufferers. We will be happy to help you organize your booking program and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Shops, doctors, pharmacies and restaurants are in the neighboring town of Gillenfeld, two kilometers away. Nearby are the well-known Dauner Maare (Gillenfeld, Schalkenmehren, Meerfeld, Immerath, near Eckfeld) and the associated hiking and biking trails, which can be easily and quickly reached from the holiday home. Furthermore, 10.5 km away is the Daun-Senheld airfield, which offers sightseeing flights over the Maare. The Manderscheider Burgen (11 km away) are also a worth seeing excursion destination in the Vulkaneifel. An ecologically renovated farmhouse from the 18th century with a modernised extension offers space and ambience for a relaxed and at the same time comfortable holiday. In one of the most beautiful places in the volcanic Eifel, surrounded by the geologically special landscape of the Daun Maars, lies our holiday home "Schöner Maarblick" in a green hillside location, with a fantastic view of the Schalkenmehren Maar. With a view of the Maar, you can enjoy breakfast and the morning on the east terrace, the south terrace offers sun until the evening hours. A fireplace with firewood belongs to the Maarblick terrace. Both terraces are equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers are available in the spacious garden, where there is also a spacious barbecue area. In both bedrooms you lie in high-quality double box-spring beds, the shower room has towels, hairdryer and make-up mirror, the kitchen is fully equipped. The dining room and living room are flooded with light and lovingly furnished, you can also enjoy the view of the Maar from the living room. In a separate washingroom you can use a washingmaschine and a dryer, 5€ every use.

Our house is the ideal place to forget everyday life. Quietly situated, on the outskirts of Bleckhausen, is our comfortably furnished non-smoking vacation home for single occupancy. Start the day with a hearty breakfast in the morning sun on our terrace. Relax from a creative day on our sunbathing lawn until sunset.Bleckhausen is situated on a hill in the middle of the volcanic Eifel between Daun and Manderscheid. Explore the Eifel landscape on relaxing walks, extended hikes or bike tours. The maars - small lakes of volcanic origin - invite you not only to hike or fish, but also to swim. The Lieserpfad and Eifelsteig hiking trails, the Maare-Mosel cycle path and the Kosmos cycle path are in the immediate vicinity of our house. Mountain bikers will find well-signposted MTB trails right in front of our house. There is also a children's playground in the immediate vicinity. Thanks to the central location of our village , you will find worthwhile excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity. Eifelmaare, cold water geyser "Wallender Born", waterfall "Dreimühlen", Manderscheid castles, Kasselburg with wildlife park, animal park in Daun, Maarmuseen and many other sights. Worthwhile day trips include the old Roman city of Trier, Koblenz, the Nürburgring adventure world with race track, the Mosel and Ahr wine-growing regions and Luxembourg.
