After an introduction to the safe handling of the bow and arrows, you will learn the basics of intuitive shooting. Step by step, you will practice stance, posture, aim, and the natural movement sequence. You will find out how inner calm, mindfulness, and focus can lead to greater accuracy. The introductory course is aimed at adults with no prior knowledge, as well as those interested in experiencing this special form of archery.
In a relaxed atmosphere, there will be plenty of time to experiment, practice, and receive individual tips. The necessary equipment will be provided.
